To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Return Window: Refund requests must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging, labels, and tags. Items that are used or damaged are not eligible for a refund.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided to process your refund.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at support@refinedunwind.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.
  2. Prepare Your Return: Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging and include all accessories, labels, and tags.
  3. Ship Your Return: Send the item(s) to the return address provided by our customer service team. Please use a trackable shipping method to ensure the item(s) are safely returned to us. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note:

  • Processing Time: Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process after we receive the returned item(s). 

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our customer support at support@refinedunwind.com and they will give instructions how to proceed with the exchange.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team with your order number and they will cancel your order.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately at support@refinedunwind.com. We will arrange for a return and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
